These cookies are a great nibble to trick your appetite before a workout session or for after-training. A healthy snack containing a mix of Huaora’s vegan proteins.
- 1 Cup of oat flour
- 1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
- 4 Teaspoons of cocoa or olive oil
- 3 Teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon of plant-based milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips
- 4 Tablespoons of Huaora Sculpt or Huaora Strength
First of all, preheat the oven to 150ºC.
At the same time, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, grated coconut, salt and bicarbonate) in a bowl making a volcano-like crater in the centre where we will pour an egg, oil and milk. Then put a piece of vegetable paper at the base of a baking tray and place the dough of each biscuit carefully with a tablespoon, leaving some room between them so that they do not stick together when baking.
Introduce the tray into the oven and leave it for about 20 minutes or until they look nice and crispy.
When you see that they are ready, take remove the tray from the oven and leave them to cool off in a closed glass jar so so that they do not soften up
