Today we would like to present a recipe that is a great replacement for your cravings, especially if you just started a diet aimed to loose some weight. These flourless protein cookies are a healthy and delicious option for your breakfast or snack after your sport training as they contain a great amount of vegetal protein. Moreover thank to the good quantity of alimentary fiber it will help you to feel satiated for much longer period, helping you to achieve your diet goals.
Don’t forget that to bake those cookies you need to have Huaora Diet that can be used for this recipe but as well to many other snacks that you can find on our blog or instagram account.
- 1 cup of oat flakes
- 1 cup of azukis or black beans
- 3 tsp of maple syrup or rice molasses
- 2 tbsp Huaora Diet
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 handful of chocolate chips
Preparation of the flourless cookies:
First of all you have to cook the azukis or beans (I recommend adding a piece of kombu seaweed to better soften fiber of the beans). Once they are nice and soft, let them cool off and then blend them together with the Huaora Diet, maple syrup, coconut oil and peanut butter (better if homemade). Finally, add the oats and chocolate chips to the mix and stir well with a spoon or spatula.
To make the cookies, spoon out 1 scoop of dough into your palms and roll into a ball. Flatten between your palms and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 190ºC heat up and down. Let them cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes so that the cookies get crispy.
The result is a super healthy cookie, with a delicious texture, crunchy on the outside and with a delicious flavor! Ahhhh and do not worry about the beans, you won’t taste them at all! You can surprise your guests, as they won’t be able to guess that they have this ingredient.
