Chocolate Peanut butter and Pumpkin Cups
- You will need only four ingredients to make these cups:
- 1 tablet of dark chocolate for melting
- 2 spoons Huaora Energy
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (much better if it is homemade)
- For the pumpkin puree you might want to add:
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg powder
- 1 pinch of salt
1 - For the pumpkin pureeTo make the pumpkin puree you only have to peel a pumpkin and bake it diced in the oven. When the pieces are tender, set them aside to them cool down and then crush them with a fork to obtain a homogenous puree.
2 - For the melted chocolateHeat half a chocolate tablet in a water bath until it becomes liquid and without lumps and add two tablespoons of Huaora Workout. Put some muffin wraps in a muffin tray and pout some molten chocolate to create a base at the bottom of each wrap. Let the whole tray chill in the freezer for about 20-30 mins approx.
3 - Making the cakesWhen the chocolate base is solid, take it out of the freezer. Add a layer of peanuts butter above the chocolate of the base with a spoon and, on top of that, another layer of pumpkin puree. Repeat this operation in all the wraps and reserve again in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
Now we only need to melt the remaining chocolate with the same method and pour it on top of the cups we had stored in the freezer. In this step, you need to be careful because the molten chocolate will solidify quickly on contact with the cold base. e. Finally, leave the tray in the freezer until the chocolate top hardens. Your yummy vegetarian chocolate cups will be ready to eat. (leave them at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming).
