Vegan buckwheat pancakes
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour 2 teaspoons of brown sugar or, if you prefer, some other sweetener as agave syrup 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 glass (250 ml) plant-based milk slices of strawberries, banana or any other fruit
- dark chocolate
We will start by pouring the flour, sugar, yeast and baking soda into a bowl and mixing them well together.
If you prefer to use sweetener instead of sugar, you should dissolve it in the milk, in a separate container, before adding it to the bowl.
Finally, pour the milk and mix everything well with a blender to obtain a homogeneous dough.
To cook the pancakes, pour a tablespoon of oil into a pan and bring it to medium heat. When you see that the pan is hot, use a ladle to pour the amount of dough for a pancake and cook it on both sides.
Cut the fruit into slices, grate the chocolate and, when the pancakes are ready, add the fruit slices, chocolate shavings and maple syrup on top and enjoy your breakfast.
